I know this has been discussed but....

What exactly do I need to do jackets? I know your supposed to have a catalyst and a certain kind of ink? or plastisol and a catalyst? Help

What do you need to know? You know you need a nylon ink and catalyst.
You also need some kind of jack hold down. That will depend on what equipment you are using.

I personally think printing on nylon is a waste of time and money. We stitch or use vinyl on them now a days.
