Hi: My company needs to find a textile screen printer in the U.S who can print continous yardage. 100% Cotton, 54" wide, in quantitys from 400-4,000 yards. This is used in manufacturing drawstring pants. We are trying to bring some work back to the U.S. from China, but the printers I can find all seem to do cut pieces and garments, but we need continous long run fabric for manufacturing.

I'm sure I just haven't been looking in the right place. We are in New York City, but it seems all the manufacturing related companies have long since left the garment district.

It's called bolt printing. I you can find someone who does that, We used a place called zoo ink I don't know if they still exist.
