Color of light used in dark room

Hello=] i have recently been tasked with restarting a screenprinting operation at my school and i was wondering what type of light is ok to use in the dark room? Right now i have just a red 45 watt bulb that i bought from wal-mart. And if i need to buy a diffrent light, were could i get it and how much would it be?

We use gold fluorescent tubes.
We have also used 60 and 100 watt bug light bulbs with great results.

well were could i buy a bug light? and how much would it cost?

any hardware store, drug store or grocery store.
It's just a yellow light bulb.
