We use the 3 step process to re-claim our screens. Do the dip tanks and cleaners that are only one step work as good as they say? Will it work on white inks also? Thanks for any feedback.

Dip tanks do work.
Well worth it if you are wasting man hours.

Spray (ink remover) - Scrub - Rinse
Spray (stencil remover) - Scrub - Rinse
Spray (dehaze) - Scrub - Rinse
Spray (degrease) - Scrub - Rinse

or

Dip - Rinse - Degrease
(occasionally you may have to dehaze)

Will a dip tank solve a problem, with left over emulsion? My edges sometimes do NOT rinse off and sometimes I have this pink gummy emulsion I cannot remove from screen?
What Chemicals do you use and what is mix ratio for them in tank???

I can de-emulsify 25 screens in an hour, that's spray, blast, dehaze, blast, degrease, rinse

25 screens an hour? With or without a dip tank?

I dont know anyone that can do 25 an hour manually. Most people quit after 10-12

I can reclaim 30 screens and hour and do it every week using a strong enough power washer 3,000 psi and the right dual purpose chemicals.

XPW-120 Press wash...to remove inks
Emulsion remover 155 applied with a proper brush...to remove emulsion
XHR-AN ghost haze remover... apply with a different dedicated brush and let dry in front of a fan
ink degradent...apply with a different dedicated brush to remove haze remover and any ink stains in the mesh
dry....looks like new with no damage to the mesh whatsoever.
drying the screens takes longer than cleaning them up...buy some heavy duty large industrial fans for that
