Hi All.
Another newbie I'm afraid!
I print simple one color slogans on to T shirts.
I was wondering, is it viable or accepted practice to burn 2 seperate slogans on to 1 screen, and just mask off the one that is not to be printed?
I know that this may present a few problems with registering the design if not placed on the screen with a bit of thought.
I hate waisting stuff, and space on a screen is no exception. Also I am hoping that if this is O.K, it may help a bit with my screen storage.
Many thanks, I really am new to this, but I'm giving it all I've got.
Is this viable? Screens and artwork.

You should see some of the screens we've managed to cram full of logos and stuff. I guess your best best would be to spin the screen around and use the other end for a second logo, just make sure that you tape off everything that isn't going on the tees you're printing during a run. If you're using the same side of a screen for 2 different prints, be sure that you tape off everything! When I first started, I taped off a job and started printing, but half-way through the run, my ink was sneaking under my tape-off job and running onto the product through the logo above it. Thank god for blow-out guns! Good luck, eh?
