Ice VS Screens

Post by Forgetful_Fox »

New to the forum, but the gist: I live in a very cold area and I am wanting to print through the winter. I just do my own stuff in the shed behind the house I am renting. But I don't have the money to winterize the shed I am currently printing in. Thanks to global warming I was able to print a lot in the fall and through December, but now we are hitting below freezing temperatures. I haven't been able to print in weeks due to it. I got heat tape for the hose that connects to my power washer. But my current concern is what will happen to the screen if it freezes. I don't want to damage my screens. But I also can't wait till spring, my lease ends in May. So I am wanting to get as much printing done as I can whilst here.

TL;DR If I wash a screen and it freezes. Will that damage my screen? Or can it damage an image from washing out?

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
