Recommend easiest way to sell t-shirts online

I am not necessarily looking to start an "online store", but I would like to be able to sell a design every now and then online. Preferably with a way for customers to pay online thru PayPal or similar. Maybe thru facebook or twitter? Advice please.

There are lots of payment options but Paypal is great, people are easily trust on it

You can go for third party service providers like drop shippers, print on demand providers, online marketplaces like Amazon FBA to sell without procurement, inventory and shipping and returns. You earn a percentage of every sale you make.
