How can I make Daler Rowney Screen Block more resistant?

Hello from Germany,

I have just discoverd Daler Rowneys screen block. Unfortunately parts of the screen block dissappear more and more after having printed around 10 prints. (acrylic on paper) This usually starts just next to the parts covered with cello tape.

How can I make the screen block more resistant? Is the drying time of 45 minutes maybe too short? Does it need light to get more resistant?
