How do I puff red ink?
I am currently in the business of printing on spirit jerseys. We are having a hard time adding red ink to a puff additive and the screen print coming out pink. What do I need to do to print red puff onto a jersey?

Re: How do I puff red ink?
If you're printing on a dark garment (like black) the best thing to do would be to underbase the print with white ink. Mix the puff additive with the white.
Print the base, flash, then print red on top.
There may still be some color loss, but it won't be nearly as bad as using the additive with the red ink. I've been there - printed some black shirts with a red print, and had the same problem - red print would fade after puffing.
Ever since then, I used the white base as the "puff," with just the red on top. Hope this helps!
