Newbie help

I want to start a new t-shirt company in SD. Obviously that's y i'm here. But i have some questions probably stupid but here goes. When using the film do i need a special printer to print the negative images? Two what type of ink should i use? and three any other recomendations for a new company?? Thanks for all the help

umm....
I would suggest getting a job at a screen printing shop before you decide to venture into the world of textile screen printing.
The questions you are asking are by no means stupid... but they do indicate lack of experience.

Or get a partner who has experience in the printing biz...
