So whats moving the garment or the screen?
If the garment is moving on the plate then you need some spray adhesive to hold the shirt in place.
the make alot of differant sprays depending on what you requirements are.
Make sure you are using an adhesive that is made for screenprinting.

.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.

several cause probables..
spray adhesion.. web or mist..??
if your platens are loose or balanced different on each arm..
maybe your print arms arent tightened so well.. and movement occurs during production..
fleece is bad for movement after flashing.. same as nylon dazzle.. poly dazzle usually sticks like a bitch.. ya know..
im running an 8colour manual BENMAR (brandnew) 4 bank benmar dryer..
kick ass 3k lighttable.. and a sweet space to work it all in..
st catherines Ontario.. near the border @ the falls and Buffalo\fort erie
PSIcorporate.. ktown screenprinting
