I'm not new at actual graphic design, but i want to hit the presses, and I'm completely dumbfounded when it comes to anything other than lines and font on a screen.

What i'm wondering is, what is the BEST method to print a similar image (above) on a t-shirt, that will store the MOST information (detail)? I'll check back and reply quickly, to any advice given, thanks.

Convert image to gray scale (if it's in color), convert to bitmap, apply halftone dots.
Make sure you have rip-software so when you print your transparencies it will print the dots.
Expose on a high mesh screen. Note; it's easier to print black ink on light color shirts than white ink on dark shirts. Hope this helps.
