print on silicon swim caps

Hi!!! I need to know how can I print on silicon swim caps!!!
I know about the special ink and temperature they need but the material is unstable!!!
I use screen printing!!!!

I have already bought the ink!!! but I have trouble printing on their surface!!!the quality is low bacause their elastic material. Ican't print 2 colors. I have to know the method!!!
