Hi,

I exposed an image that was either under-exposed or just had areas that were too large for the small lines around it. Either way, the screen is a little blown out and I'd like to block out some relatively thin strips on the screen (not just little pin holes). I've looked in to using block-out pens, which seem great, but no one carries these in-store in my area, the shipping is almost twice as much as the pen, and I'm in a pinch and need this done in a few days.
Does anyone have any advice about reductive drawing onto an exposed screen using something other than a block out pen? Could a wax crayon work? Tape might be okay, but it's gonna be pretty tough cutting that tape down to the specific size I need.

I keep my drippings of old emulsion from the previous bucket and use a paintbrush. Dab, let dry in room light, tape out and print. It's made to block out fabric after hardening right?
