question regarding polyester/spandex material

I am very new to this arena, Does anyone know the best printing machine to use to put a design on a polyester spandex blend.. like 80% polyester and 20% spandex.
opinions appreciated..

the machine doesn't matter as much as the ink and additives.
Poly garments may leach in to the printed ink well after they are out of the dryer which requires Poly inks. This is mostly the case if you are printing light on dark. (dark ink on light Poly isn't any concern)
First start with a Poly Ink. (if printing light on dark)
To deal with the stretch effect you may need a stretch additive. This may affect the opacity/leaching effect.
Do tests on a throw away garment and let them sit for 30 min before testing stretch and checking color.
