High density ink printing
We print with this ink all the time. To see examples, go to www.rjennings.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a 3-D image on a corduroy cap and another on a pique golf shirt. To print images like this, you need the right equipment. Otherwise, don't waste your time and money. So you start with a retensionable frame (Newman is the best), 60 mesh by the English system (23 in metric), etc. I hope that helps. Roger
Hi
first thing you need is proper prepared screen
use hd photoemulsion (I used pc701) or capillary film but capilary film i rather expensive
when building screen using hd emulsion make sure there is no irregularity
I printed using no-retensionable frame 32 mesh count and prints looked great
you can try to print it at once or print using two screens
of course you need a special ink too
good luck
