Iam trying to do this design for my basketball team its an outline design but cant figure it out

Likely drew it in Illustrator or CorelDraw. After watching the video, I would've printed it by drawing the squeegie from side to side, going around the collar instead of over it, print/flash/print, using platen adhesive. Kind of surprised he wasn't using any. The way he was doing it makes it difficult to get an even coat of ink across the art when the squeegie rides up over the collar, which is probably why he kept hitting the thing with ink, in addition to trying to get a bright print. I have to say, though, that printing side-to-side on a press that has that much flex may result in an out-of-register second pass after flashing.
