Scrape the emulsion on your screen and dry.
Have something to mask the screen and a light source to expose, it could be the sun.
Somewhere to wash the emulsion out.

You need to avoid exposing the screen before wash-out. Red light is fine, most yellows should be OK. You can tolerate a little light, it just slows down the wash-out.

For washout I use a simple brass sprayer on end of hose in a circle fan pattern, for reclaim I use a small electric power washer.
