Layering inks

If we put white ink over black ink will it show through? we're trying to layer the inks so we can give the logo a shadowed look. would that work?

Are you flashing first? IF it is wet on wet, I believe the colors will smear since you are going from one extreme to the other(white--->black)

It really depends how much ink you put down, it's often the case that if you have enough to be opaque, your shirt will feel like a board.
