What kind of ink + technique is used to print this shirt?

As I'm getting ready to start screen-printing some t-shirts, was I wondering what kind of ink (Plastisol/Waterbase/Other) was used to print this shirt: http://theawardtour.com/cornerstore/products/DOD2.jpg
I was also wondering what kind of technique that was used to print this shirt (Screenprint/heat transfer)
I hope you guys can help me, as this will help me decide what kind of ink I need to use.
