Dry Time for Paint?

Hello, Im new to this forum as well as screenprinting in general. My friends and I will be trying to screenprint some shirts this weekend for the first time and I have a few questions. I've searched through to find answers as best I can, but haven't been able to find anything. Sorry in advance for the novice questions.
We are planning on printing two images on the front of the shirt, which would be two different colors. We are printing the two images separately on two different screens so that we don't have to bother with taping off a screen (for some reason we figured it would be easier to use two different screens).
At any rate, our question is how long does it take for the ink to dry before we can put the other screen on and roll that paint?
We also want to print on the back of the shirt so I guess it would be good to know how long to wait after doing the front side.
We will be using Speedball paint (as its the only kind we could get).
