Screen Printing Forum

I am new to the Screening business. I've had some trouble getting my cdlear inkjet film dark enough on the Epson Stylus Photo 1400. Would anyone be able to help me with that? I'm burning through my expensive ink.
Any suggestion would be more than welcome!
Is there a setting that I'm forgetting?

Epson inks have uv blocks in them, they don't need to be BLACK to stop the light, just black enough. Do an exposure test.
