printing on uneven surfaces

Just wondering if anyone has any info about printing on uneven surfaces. We have pad printing equipment as well as screen printing equip. We are looking to print on a ridged plastic coffee mug. The ridges are curved running the length of the mug. Any ideas?? Thanks!
