Printing White ink
I know I know, I'm sure you get this all the time. I just wanted to say that I hate battling white ink. I have learned that stencil thickness is important when printing white ink. My question is: should I coat certain screens and intend to use them for printing white or coat all my screens to same way?
Re: Printing White ink
Even with white, emulsion thickness and mesh count are going to be determined by the complexity of the design. I don't think in any area of screen printing, one rule applies to all. God Bless.

Re: Printing White ink
You don't want all your stencils to be thick, so definitely don't coat ALL your screens in this manner. The best method is to have certain screens set aside to use for white inks. (lower mesh counts, thicker stencils)
