Epson 1400 All Black

Hi I am using an Epson 1400 with all black Ink cartages with Power Rip software. I have all 6 cartages turned on to print at about % 20 and for some reason the first 3 cartages seem to do all the printing. Using R Film (waterproof) and have no problem with the print quality. Just don’t know what I am doing wrong. The first 3 go empty and the last 3 are about %90 full??
