I am having problems lining up colors when printing more than 1 color. I always seem to get the shirt color showing when 2 or more colors are suppose to be touching. I am using coreldraw x3, is there a special feature I should be using to make the colors touch?
Also, is there any screenprinting suppliers is Alabama?

I wish I knew more about Corel, I'm an Illustrator man myself, but it sounds like you need to figure out how to trap your colors (make each color a little bigger so that they overlap when you line up the screens). Do you have rip software that you are using for your seperations?

Have you checked your films to see if they line up before you burn?

Screenprinting isn't accurate enough to butt-fit colours, I agree with VVP that you need a trap. If you have two touching colours, give one an outline, right click on the object and tick 'overprint outline'. The coloured fills will butt fit but there will be an outline over the join, you can alter the size of the overprint by increasing the outline width.
