Luxurious macro screen printing?

Hello my friends,

I have a company. We need to print our logo on boxes. We are trying to find out how suitable screen printing would be for the purpose.

We deal in luxury items, and on average one item costs £200 ~ $400. The logos will be very small, and therefore we require that the logo appears very finely printed. Without jaggared lines, or other problems which does not look luxurious.

We are concerned whether screen printing will be a fine enough method, or will produce a too rough result. Please see our logo below, as you can see, it will be quite small, and we can imagine that some of the thin lines may be a problem?

Thank you. We appreciate your time.

Kind regards,
Maria Alpini

You may want to check with some box supply companies, as I know that some will include free printing for certain quantities ordered.

Thank you for your replies.

We make the boxes ourselves in-house. However, we need to find a suitable printing solution.

Thank you for your time.

You will need a table fitted with hinge clamps and screen big enough to register entire box flat. Suitable stencil material and ability to shoot, clean and reclaim screens, proper inks, curing solution ( racks, oven or light) it goes on. Size of box is a large consideration. So is texture of box. It's not really a can I get a kit kinda thing, it is an equipment and skill heavy trade. If you've never done it you may consider outsourcing the print at first.

What does "outsourcing the print at first", mean?

Thank you.

Send it to someone that is already setup to print.
