Printing vinyl decals: Some help choosing first setup

After spending a fair while searching and coming up with very little, I thought I'd just ask here heh :)

It seems all the screen printers I find are either £1,000+ or designed for printing t-shirts rather than vinyl. I'm just wondering if it would be possible to print vinyl with those printers, as there's nothing to keep the stuff centred while printing.

Any advice on a small setup focused on sticker production would be a huge help :)

For commercial presses awt is a good source. If you have very limited resources you can build a hollow wooden frame from plywood and 2x2's, deck it with acrylic with small holes drilled every 1/2" in grid pattern, caulk all seals, attach a vacuum to bottom of box and hinge clamps to the top and you have a basic vacuum deck to print on.
