Green Apple Thermoflex Plus Problem....HELP

I am attenpting to apply green apple thermoflex plus to some rothco pink camoflauge 60/40 shirts. I have talked with many people and tried several techniques. I believe the press is working fine because all my other applications for other jobs seem to be fine. Any suggestions??

Proper temp, equal pressure, proper time, warm to cold peel. SHould be fairly straight forward. Specifically what is happening?

It is just not adhering to the t-shirt evenly some spots do and some spots dont, maybe its the vynl?? but I do not have time for that. these need to be done by friday.
