Greetings, all. I'm very happy to have found this forum. I would like to screenprint some foam koozies. The material is round with no seam and about 3/8" thick. I would like to know two things in particular.I plan to do simple, one color prints but I don't know which mesh of screen works best. I do not need super high detail, but small fonts should look crisp as well as thin lines.
Also, I'd like to use an ink that does not require long periods of time under high heat since the substrate is foam. Which 'based' ink could I use for a more ambient temperature curing process?
I don't mean to over simplify things, but I worked in a screen printing shop for 5 years as a technology person. That is to say, that I've seen professional screen printing done and I have a bit of a clue. I just want to get these koozies printed and sold then move on to other things!
Thanks so much for your consideration and insight.

I'd use vinyl ink.
