I just streched a couple new screens and the first job i used them on the art would not line up. could this be where i just tightened the mesh and it just relaxed some between the burner and the press? a already checked the art and it all lined up.

How long did you wait after stretching to put into production? I usually stretch, wait a few hours, retension and then clean fabric. Wait a day and use.

Getting the screen hot will result in some relaxation. If you play a guitar or similar you will be aware of plastics stretching.
