Printing Suggestions

Ive been printing for a few years now, so I have a decent amount of experience.
However, my experience is completely lacking in photogaphic/halftone pattern printing.
I need to print this image onto a shirt, but I'm not sure how to go about it.
Normally, I would make transparencies and expose on a UV light exposure unit, but I am not sure how to even set up the artwork for this.
