I am trying to find a Screen Printer who is able to print on Yardage (not a T-shirt) in Large areas with non-toxic - super soft inks. I cannot find anyone capable of doing all of this! I am in 92627.

Sounds like you may need a printer that does belt printing. Try searching google for belt printer. I'm sure you'll find someone.
