I'm trying to print on this film http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/si ... t/IJ8.5X11 with a HP PSC 1610 all-in-one. For some reason the ink won't dry on this film. I've let the film set for hours and it still won't completely dry. I was told that I was using the wrong side of the film but both sides are exactly the same. Any advice would be awesome.

Did you actually try printing on both sides or just examine with eyeballs and decide they looked the same? Also are you using the dye version or pigment?
