foam hat printers

ok, so at my shop we have this rickety old 4x4 press that can't really print anything other then dark ink (all the heads are hopelessly out of reg, and the palates never line up right, so multi-color is out of the question and even double-hitting one color with a flash in between is iffy). however, our manager insists on keeping it around because it has an attachment to print foam hats (trucker hats.. the kind that are foam in front and mesh in back), and of course the attachment won't fit on any of our other presses. It's not too big an issue because we have plenty of shop space, but still and all it's an eyesore, it's almost 30 years old, and i want to scrap it for its aluminum. so i guess my questions is, does anybody know of/have a dedicated foam hat printer that would be worth looking into?
