... I may work.... but let me ask you this.
Do you really want to print your shirts that bad?
Instead of wasting all your time and potentially burning your house down... go visit your FRIENDLY neighborhood screen printer and see what you can work out.

I agree. I can't imagine what a headache it would be using a kitchen oven. Another solution I've heard people have tried is using water base ink and hang dry them after printing for 24 hours. Takes a while hanging each one but should be faster and safer than using an oven. I've never tried this so make sure you test print and wash after.

Hello all,

Yes you can use it.

But it will be very difficult as you have to set the temperature of oven according to the ink on your shirt.

NO.... I have tried this on numerous occasions. mostly why, it doesn't work is because the shirt is stationary. It will scorch. Just use a heat gun. They get hotter, and you can create air movement.

Can you use an over to cure the shirt?
Not if you're married and want to stay that way.

You can't just air-dry waterbased shirts. They also need to be heat-set for washability at temperatures up around 300, same as plastisol.
The heat gun will work, but it's always sort of hit or miss in terms of getting an even, over-all cure from shirt to shirt.

I use an electric oven to cure shirts, set to broil, which turns on an electric element at the top. It works great, albeit not nearly as good as a conveyor.
