I try to washed out small text several time, but every time, I failed.
Someone please explain me how to expose small text for business cards printing.

Personally I would never attempt to screenprint a business card. Do the art and send it to a paper house. Screenprinting business cards is cost prohibitive.

From what I have seen use a really fine mesh, very very dark film, and high exposure. good luck

Yeah business cards are usually done on a off set press or some other old school printing press.
Newer cards are printed digitally and not raised print.

I would say you should not screen print type smaller then .25" in height.
You can.. I have.. but its just not worth it in the long run.
