More white ink problems.

Does anyone know of a GOOD water-based white ink? I don't want to have to resort to plastisol because I don't want to give up the soft hand feeling of the water-based inks. By GOOD I mean one that actually STAYS cured. I've tried Speedball and Permaset, neither seem to be to my liking.
