Carbon Fiber

Okay, im doing a T-Shirt design, and was wondering how you would go about creating a carbon fiber pattern and getting it to print correctly when screenprinted.
Ah.... How many sprint cars and micros have I done this year..... WAY TO MANY!
I dont have a carbon fiber filter but I image if you look into the ADOBE downloads you will find one.
I will do some snooping around for you.
