I am fairly new to screen printing and are wondering what screens to use for what products.

Wellll. That question can only raise more questions.
First what is it that you are trying to print.
What kind of inks are you using.
What kind of image are you trying to print.
Most of these questions can be answered by the manufacturer of the ink. Answering these questions is first.
You may end up having to ask more. Though this may take care of your need for an answer.

Are you flashing the white and reprinting it?

yes 1 swipe flash and a second coat

That should do it. I'm not familiar with triangle inks, maybe research the product a little to see if it is the right application? Standard plastisol through a 110 flashed should leave a nice white.
