Screen Equipment

Post by frank »

This is my first post here so I hope this is the right index.

I work for a company that screen prints on round, plastic (hdpe) "buckets"--one color. The operation is high volume (1M/year) and high speed 1-part/3-5 sec and runs continuously 24/7.

The machine we currently use is ancient and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the data tags or manufactuer plates are missing, so I don't know from whom it was purchased.

That said, I'm researching what company builds the best machine for cylindrical plastic products and provides good service post-sale.

So far I have looked at Dubuit and Screentech. If anyone has experience with either of these brands, feedback would be welcomed.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Nils. However I'm searching for barebones manual machine. The products we are decorating is about 23" in diameter so its rather large.

Currently we have a manual load/unload one-color machine with a one-up mandrel.
