Does anybody have or know where I can download (for FREE) vector (or jpeg worst case) templates/outlines of T-shirts, hoodies, tanks, baby tees, sleeveless' and/or zip hoodies?

Yeah I did a google and yahoo search before and only found one good T-shirt design (that was a jpg and I had to trace it). I figured someone in here would have some good ones...

If you have Corel check this link out it has exactly what you are looking for:

http://www.advancedartist.com/coolstuff.html

loads automatically w/ X3 and will supposedly work with some manual setups in versions 11 and 12.

Any site that gives away FREE GRAPHICS is cool in my book.
.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.

I vote for www.advancedtshirts.com. You can go to S&S Activewear and get high resolution jpegs of all the garment styles that they carry.

This site is a great resource for designers! I use the Adobe Illustrator brushes and the tech pack templates. It makes my life much easier and faster. Fabulous!
