Ok so i have a question. I wanted to know what is the best Screen
printing starter kit under 250 bucks? And what should i look for in a
screen printing starter kit.

Not trying to be rude, but if you are wanting to do some decent quality printing, $250 will get you some screens, a couple squegees, and a handful of quarts of ink.
If you do find a kit for $250, you'll only be able to do 1 color prints, and you'll probably spend another $200 buying more "stuff" (emulsion, ink cleaners, degreaser, a screen or two, etc) just learning the art.
So, if you have $250 extra laying around that you want to put into something that will just frustrate you for a couple days, buy a $250 kit.
If you're trying to start a business, save at least a thousand just to get a kit to learn on.
