Hi, welcome to the forum! We always use strip-e-doo by Franmar to reclaim our screens. I'm not sure if it's the cheapest emulsion remover out there, but it's fairly affordable and the most environmentally friendly product made for reclaiming screens. I would definitely give it a shot!
