Post by Tagg3r »

We have a hix unit that is on its last leg, flat wore it out.....
And looking for some recos on a good unit, 15 x 15 atleast as a min.

one with foot swith or merc. switch.

We have had alot of problems with the hix unit, and dont want to go with them again.

Any help out there?

Did anybody make a good recco? I'm looking to upgrade from my little heat gun.

Thanks,

Talk to Black Body.

They make the heat panels for many companies dryers and flashes.

I highly recommend Black Body flash units. We have a 24"x24" and for the price I paid it is a great reliable unit (knock on wood).

Re: Reco on a GOOD flash unit....Econo Flash BBC

Post by STEPHEN HUGHES »

BBC is the industry standard in flash dryers. You can pick up a great econo flash 16 x 16 for 399.00 or a 18 by 18 for 541.00. the econo flash units have the same heating ir panel as their black body units the only difference is the econo flash comes with a stand and casters but does not have a on off switch on the unit you plug it in to turn it on
and the case does not have the fancy printing on it or the powder coat black.... same infrared panel as their fancy units. the only difference is cosmetics, on off switch and
wattage availabilities. You can find them here....http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/si ... age/825821
