Harco dryer won't get hot enough

We recently upgraded our equipment and purchased a used Harco conveyor dryer. When hooked up it works but once we send garments through the temp drops below "curing" temp. It is a 240v but we only have 208v coming into the building. Could this be the problem? If so, someone said you can purchase a "step-up converter" to bump 208 to 240..Help Please!!

We have one for sale. Used it many years and it was tough and worked well. But sometimes it would not hold temp. We found that simply popping a panel or two off the top and cleaning the shirt dust would allow it to get to temp and hold it. Must be something with the air flow through the top area and maybe back down to the heat panels. We never really figured it out, but did get a fix with simple cleaning.

Step up the power or it will not run properly. You should ALWAYS keep lint and dust off of equipment that uses heat to avoid burning your shop down.
