I would suggest calling the manufacturer and getting a list of their distributors.

Usually sneaker companies are tough about wholesale... They have very very high minimums.

Try sourcing the location of the factory, and contacting them direct, if it is in somewhere like China, they will probably sell them to you and cut out the middle man!
Just thinking of other ways around a poblem!
