RED FLOCK

Post by Adam »

I am having a hell of a time printing on garments with red flock? Every other color, no problems. I understand that the red pigment is problematic to everything in screenprinting. I just can't get it to stay on the shirt. Anyone have any suggestions for working with red flock?

Thanks

I assume you're putting down the flock adhesive and them applying the flock powder.

It the ink film thick enough?
Are you having static issues?
Dry Winter air can reek havoc on
many steps in the printing process.

Give us a little more info.

Now I remember why we stopped doing flock! 8)

I'm sorry I don't have anything to offer.

Is the flock washing off or is it the base print?
