printing on 1/8" thick aluminium sheet

I'm trying to print some small signs (6 up) on 10"x12"x 1/8" Al plate//
I got it all lined up spread the ink, pushed down the screen and drew the ink over the metal//
got lots of bleeding around the letters // what have I done wrong ??JPT

Could be a lot of things. Improper off contact, ink viscosity, poor stencil quality, wrong ink just to name a few off top of my head

It could also be the ink you used.

Could be a ton of things. Ill-advised off contact, ink consistency, poor stencil quality, wrong ink just to give some examples off top of my head

I had the same similar issues printing my aluminum sheets. I have a systematic automation F1, so I am not sure if you have the same options but I just adjusted the carriage to make it off contact as well as the squeegee angle.

With you it sounds more like a screen issue.

Remove the inks, wipe the contacts, remove excess ink and re-insert. Then check
