purchasing a screen printing company?

I am purchasing an established screenprinting company in the Midwest. The major cost of the company will be the custom logos that they have created over the years. Is this usually where the value lies?

We are friends with the current owners and feel that we are getting a pretty good deal but you never know. Any suggestions to a newbie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The value is in the client list and the repeat business.

If the custom logos are what your soon-to-be regular, repeat, long-time customers are going to be coming back for, they're invaluable! Just a few curious questions as I'm looking at a similar business proposal myself. Do you have any experience printing, and/or will the sellers provide full training? Keeping the current employees on (if any)? Good luck!
